At MVCC "CHRIST" is the foundation of our reality.  For us, everything starts with CHRIST.  CHRIST is the most important member of MIAMI VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH.  CHRIST is the head of the church, and we truly mean that CHRIST is the only "leader," the rest of us are servants to the community CHRIST calls us to serve.  So, we believe one must have an intentional commitment to CHRIST because without that commitment, we believe we can never move in our faith journey.

To have a commitment to CHRIST means that....

we believe Jesus to be THE unique expression of God to our world

we see ourselves as simply "apprentices of the Master," and walk in his path.

we seek to live in grace, love, forgiveness and hold a open heart.

we follow Jesus by living according to his teachings and example

You see, for us it is very simple, CHRIST, calls us to live in community with each other, and when we live in community we seek cause as a way of helping others.
